Anne is the founder of Up Your Body Spa, creator of the Cervo Method®, and one of the most experienced lymphatic specialists practicing today.

With 26 years of hands-on experience, her work is rooted in a deep understanding of the lymphatic system and the body's natural processes.

She is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Practitioner with a background in Oriental Medicine. Her foundation includes training at the Albert Leduc Academy, the Dr. Vodder Academy, and the Földi College of Lymphology.

Anne created the Sculpting Detox® Massage, (widely known as Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage), and later developed The Wave® Technique in 2019.

Every therapist trained through the Cervo Method® carries this legacy into their practice.
